Nylon sand produced in Japan has a vertical section, while most domestic products have a crescent section. The crescent-shaped section is easy to deform during the impact of sand blasting. After deformation, the efficiency of removing the front edge will drop rapidly, and the first pass yield of good products will decrease. The crescent-shaped incision will also have inconsistent contact points between sand particles and products during the sand blasting process, resulting in inconsistent surface of products after sand blasting, which will lead to poor product quality stability and difficult to meet customer requirements!
